#42 - General Sherman Tree Trail

07-25-2020

Sequoia National Park, California

Sadly it was my last full day in Sequoia and I knew I had to spend it wisely. I wasn't leaving Sequoia again without visiting the famous General Sherman Tree so I made my way there immediately after finishing Little Baldy. Big mistake.. especially during this pandemic... The parking lot was filled to the brim and a lot of people weren't wearing masks along the trailhead. I can't imagine how busy this trail is on a normal, non-pandemic day. Get here early I guess? Overall, easy hike, very informative, and family friendly.
