Monrovia, California
Monrovia Canyon Falls is a quick and easy, family-friendly hike located in Monrovia Canyon Park. The elevation gain is relatively low and the trails are very well maintained. I like this hike because it's a rather short drive from the city. But as most easier, family-friendly trails go, parking can be horrendous on the weekends. We arrived around 10am and waited behind a line of cars at the entrance. As expected, most cars were being turned around and directed to park a few blocks down the street. It was a 15 minute walk for us to the start of trail.
Distance: 3.4 miles (Out-and-Back)
Elevation Gain: ~300 ft.
Final Elevation: ~1,800 ft.
